How much time do volunteers have to give?

We ask that Befrienders commit 2 -3 hours per week, each week for a minimum commitment of one year. Visits can be arranged at a time to suit the Befriender. Some of our Befrienders work full time and visit in the evening or at weekends, others visit during the day. When we match a Befriender with a family we look at the times a Befriender is available and what time would best suit the family.
